Assassin’s Creed Valhalla was dropped in November with a shop selling additional cosmetic or superficial items in exchange for in-game credits, however to the astonishment of gaming community, the XP boost packs which were sold in one of this game’s predecessors i.e., Assassin’s Creed Odyssey were missing from the shop. But not to stress anymore, everybody: the disputable booster packs have now shown up in the shop for sale.
A new update from Ubisoft has added the XP boosts in Valhalla’s Helix store. The boost allows the player a 50 percent increase in XP progression and a single purchase can be utilized across all save files. However, it’s going to cost the player money. The boost can be purchased for 1000 Helix credits, which in real life money cost around ₹800. Otherwise, a combo pack can also be purchased for 1500 Helix credits and this pack includes 50% boost in earning silver and the above-mentioned XP boost too.

The XP boost was disputable when it was launched in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, and not just for the fact that players thought such transactions for easy level up did not have a place in a single-player title, but also because of Odyssey’s tough grind and slow levelling process. This drove a lot of players to the conclusion that such an extreme grind was only put in place in order to intentionally force them to spend on the booster pack.
In all this there is still good to this update, as now it has been one month the game has been launched and many players have already completed the storyline of the game and according to majority of such players, they never felt a need for such a boost and it was not that difficult to level up either, so anyone can experience the storyline of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla in all its glory without spending extra cash.
